DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

The estimated time for installation is approximately 14 * 21 days. If we are unable to install within this time frame we will contact you to discuss a convenient installation date.

TERM AND CONDITIONS OF SALES

  1. Allabout Blinds considers this quotation as confidential information
  2. This quotation is valid for 30 days from date shown on quote, unless agreed otherwise by Allabout Blinds.
  3. Warranty: Allabout Blinds offer the following:

    • 3 years in privately owned and occupied Residences and commercial Installations
    • 1 year in rented or leased residences
    • Installation – 12 Months
    • Ready made – 12 Months
    • Blind warranty does not apply to any Allabout Blinds or parts thereof which fail due to accident, alterations, improper use, abuse, neglect, normal wear, nor colour fading due to sunlight or direct exposure to salt air, failure to follow instructions for measuring and installing or operating the product.
  4. A deposit of 50% of the quoted price is required before any manufacturing/ordering will commence (unless agreed otherwise). Payment in full is required on the day of installation (unless agreed otherwise). Allabout Blinds reserves the right to charge interest at current overdraft interest rates for any account exceeding normal term limits. The customer agrees to pay fees and charges incurred in recovery of any outstanding debts on acceptance of this quotation.
  5. On your instructions to proceed (in writing or verbal), any quotation becomes your order and is a binding contract between the parties.
  6. All blinds are measured ‘square’. No responsibility can be accepted for ‘out of square’ existing conditions.
  7. This order cannot be altered without the consent of Allabout Blinds and then only upon such conditions as handed down by Allabout Blinds.
  8. Once order has entered and commenced production, order cannot be cancelled. Should the client wish to do so, their deposit would be automatically forfeited to cover cost incurred.
  9. Title of goods is not passed from Allabout blinds to the customer until payment is received in full.
  10. Colours and weaves may vary slightly from samples provided.
  11. Whilst every endeavour will be made to meet supply dates, no responsibility will be accepted for delays or occurrences outside our control.
  12. Where installation occurs through existing wall tiles or plastered walls, all care will be taken but no responsibility will be accepted for any damage that may occur.
  13. Once goods has been installed, any monies outstanding remain payable to Allabout Blinds in the event of theft.
